Order Cancellation

  • Orders are generally processed within 1 business day before shipping.

  • Pre-sale items will be prioritized for early dispatch.

  • You may contact customer service to cancel your order before it has shipped.

How to Return & Get a Refund

    Please reach out to our Customer Service team at contact@camperig.com.
    When contacting us, include the following details:

    • Order number

    • Proof of purchase

    • Reason for return
      (If the product is broken, please provide photos or videos of the product.)

  2. Ship the Item Back
    Once confirmed, we will provide you with the return instructions and address.
    (Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay the process.)

  3. Receive Your Refund
    After we receive your returned product(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days.
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Warranty

  • Camperig provides a one-year warranty for all products.

  • Specially specified items and accessories are excluded from the one-year warranty.

  • During the warranty period, if your product has a quality issue, we will provide repair or replacement service.

Return Timeframe

  • You may return an item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product(s).

  • After 14 days, items are no longer eligible for return.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.

  • Returns will be refused if items arrive used, damaged, or improperly packaged.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.

  • For defective products: a full refund including shipping fees will be issued.

  • For non-defective items: the refund will exclude shipping and handling fees.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Quality issues: Camperig will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Non-quality issues (e.g., unwanted items): the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Exclusions

  • We do not accept returns for items not purchased directly from www.camperig.com

  • For items purchased from other authorized retailers, please contact them directly for returns, exchanges, or warranty services.
