The threaded insert in the handle connects compatible camera, phone or light adapters. Use the pole as a selfie stick or monopod to find a different angle along the trail.
Check your device and adapter connection before use. Cameras, phones and lights are not included.

The pole-tip selfie clamp provides a 1/4-inch-20 mounting point. Combine the pole with the included aluminum ground stake on suitable ground for hands-free filming or lighting.
For a tripod setup, choose a compatible tripod accessory. Three-pole configurations require three poles and a compatible connector, sold separately.

Does it become a tripod on its own?

How do I adjust the length?
Open the flip locks, adjust the sections using the measurement scale, and close the locks securely. Stay within the marked adjustment range.
